Service Description

1) FRONTAL WIG INSTALL (no customisations) £60 Price includes installation, lace tinting (if required) and basic styling. 2) FRONTAL WIG INSTALL £100 Price includes closure customisation (bleaching knots, plucking, lace tinting), installation and styling. ADD ONS: ------------------------------------ 1) Curling £20 2) Straightening £0 3) Blunt cut bob £15 4) Blow-dry only £15 5) Wash and blow-dry £30 6) Cornrows £30 ------------------------------------ PLEASE READ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BELOW 1) If you cannot find a suitable slot to book online, please WhatsApp +447448587102 to arrange another day/ time that might be available. Also, for any 'squeeze in' appointments. 2) Sundays is +£30 because it is non working day and classified as 'premium'. If you book a Sunday slot, you have accepted that £30 will be added to your final quotation. 3) Frontal sizes: 13x4, 13x6, 6x6, 7x7 only. Please note that we only accept HD lace wigs for these sizes of lace. 5.) Recommended wig vendor: B.E.S.T by Jessica. Please shop on the website or contact us for custom orders at a discounted price. Feel free to use a different vendor. 6) A non-refundable £30 deposit is required to secure your booking and this will be deducted from the total service price. Outstanding payment will be required via bank transfer on the day of your appointment. Cash payment option is available but let us know beforehand. 7) Please note that you will receive another "Detailed Booking Confirmation" email' that includes full Salon address. 8) If you choose 'offline payment' option at checkout, bank transfer payment is required no later than 6 hours from time of booking or the appointment will be cancelled. 9) Please arrive with at least 8 flat cornrows, unless you are adding on to your appointment

Cancellation Policy

1) If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice before your appointment time. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, a new deposit will be required. 2) Deposits will not be refunded even if you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your appointment time. 3) Appointments can only be rescheduled once within the month or the next month if you give us at least 48 hours notice. 4) If you book an appointment within 48 hours before your start time, you are not eligible for rescheduling.
