Service Description

1) CUSTOM-MADE CLOSURE WIG £75 - 4X4 and 5x5 lace size. - 3 bundles and under. - Includes: crafting the wig using sewing machine, bleaching the knots, plucking of hairline, elastic band, wig cap & styling 2) CUSTOM-MADE FRONTAL WIG £85 - 13x4, 13x6, 7x7 and 6x6 lace size. - 3 bundles and under. - Includes: crafting the wig using sewing machine, bleaching the knots, plucking of hairline, elastic band, wig cap & styling ------------------------------------ ADD ONS: 1) Straightening £0 2) Additional bundle £10 3) Curling £15 4) Layers £10 5) Wash old bundles before use £20 6) Crimps £20 7) Express service (within 3 days) £30 ------------------------------------ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 1.) Please ship or drop off your bundles and closure/frontal within 3 days of your chosen appointment day. 2.) Recommended vendor for bundles: www.bestbyjessica.co.uk (feel free to use a different vendor) 3) A non-refundable £30 deposit is required to secure your booking and this will be deducted from your total service price. Outstanding payment will be required via bank transfer on the day of your appointment. Cash payment option is available but let us know beforehand. 4) Please note that you will receive another "Detailed Booking Confirmation" email' that includes full Salon address and bank transfer details. 5) If you choose 'offline payment' option at checkout, bank transfer payment is required no later than 6 hours from time of booking or the appointment will be cancelled. 6) Processing takes up to 5 working days and 'next day delivery service' shipping fee of £8.50 is not included in price. Salon pickup is free. 7) Please attach note with your name, date and time of appointment in your parcel.

Cancellation Policy

1) If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice before your appointment time. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, a new deposit will be required. 2) Deposits will not be refunded even if you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your appointment time. 3) Appointments can only be rescheduled once within the month or the next month if you give us at least 48 hours notice. 4) If you book an appointment within 48 hours before your start time, you are not eligible for rescheduling.
