Also, for any squeeze-in appointments. 2) Price is for a maximum of 3 bundles for lengths 20 inches and under . £10 for each additional bundle after 3. No extra charge for lengths 22 inches and above - up to 4 bundles. £10 for each additional bundle after 4. 3) Customisations for closure and frontal sew-ins will be done same day, no need to send it in prior. 4) HD Lace is preferred for glueless closure and frontal sew-ins but not mandatory. 5) Recommended vendor for bundles, closures and frontals : www.bestbyjessica.co.uk (30% off all bundles, closures and frontals if you are booking a sew-in with us). Feel free to use a different vendor. 6) If you are using old bundles, it must be washed thoroughly before we can use it. We can do it f you (if required) on the day for an extra £30. 7) A non-refundable £25 deposit is required to secure your booking and this will be deducted from your total service price. Outstanding payment will be required via bank transfer or cash on the day of your appointment. Cash payment option is available only if "Jess" is your hairstylist.
Avbokningspolicy
1) If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice before your appointment time. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, a new deposit will be required. 2) Deposits will not be refunded even if you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your appointment time. 3) Appointments can only be rescheduled once within the month or the next month if you give us at least 48 hours notice. 4) If you book an appointment within 48 hours before your start time, you are not eligible for rescheduling. However, please inform us about cancellations. -------------------------------------------- LATENESS POLICY 0-10 Minutes (Grace Period) 11-20 minutes (£10 lateness fee) 21-30 minutes (£20 lateness fee) 31-40 minutes (£30 lateness fee) 41+ minutes (appointment cancelled) By continuing to book, you agree to this cancellation and lateness policy.
