Service Description
1) If you cannot find a suitable slot to book online, please WhatsApp +447448587102 to arrange another day/ time that might be available. Also, for squeeze-in appointments. 2) A non-refundable £25 deposit is required to secure your booking and this will be deducted from your total service price. Outstanding payment will be required via bank transfer or cash on the day of your appointment. Cash payment option is available only if "Jess" is your hairstylist. 3) If you choose offline payment option at checkout, we will reserve your booking for 6 hours to give you time to make bank transfer payment.
Cancellation Policy
(1) If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice before your appointment time. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, a new deposit will be required. Appointments can only be rescheduled once within the month or the next month. (2) Deposits will not be refunded even if you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your appointment time. (3) If you book an appointment within 48 hours before your start time, you are not eligible for rescheduling. However, please inform us about cancellations. (4) Lateness; 0-15 Minutes (Grace Period) 16-30 minutes (£20 lateness fee) 31+ minutes (appointment cancelled)
