Due to the nature and demand of our product, all products purchased from us are non refundable.
However, we will offer an exchange of a product with an equally priced product if it’s by our own error. To qualify for an exchange, please make sure you notify us of any issue within 3 days of delivery and product must be returned for exchange within 7 days. In addition, product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will not offer exchange for item not in its original condition, is damaged or has had a lot of products applied to it for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within 7-14 working days.
The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, a tracking service must be used and tracking number sent to bestbyjessica@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
